How to make it

  1. Prepare the Spicy Sausage Patties:

      • In a bowl, combine the ground sausage, Garlic Hot Sauce, and minced garlic, mix until well incorporated.
      • Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
      • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the spicy sausage patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are fully cooked and slightly crispy. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:

      • In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook eggs, undisturbed, until whites are set, edges are golden, and yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich:

      • Spread Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce on one toasted English muffin half.
      • Spread Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on the other half.
      • Place a cooked spicy sausage patty one muffin half.
      • Top each spicy sausage patty with a slice of pepperjack cheese, followed by a cooked egg.
      • Add sliced jalapenos and cilantro leaves.
      • Close the sandwich.
  4. Serve:

      • Serve and enjoy the spicy breakfast sandwiches while piping hot.
  5. Helpful Tips:

    • Pre-cooking the Sausage Patties:
      • For an even quicker meal, pre-cook the spicy sausage patties the night before and reheat them in the morning.
    • Customization:
      • Customize your sandwich by adding your favorite toppings, such as spinach, tomatoes, or more Sriracha Chili Sauce for extra spice.
