How to make it
Grill the sausages until cooked through and then set aside.
Toast the baguette and then cut into sandwich sized pieces.
Spread mayo and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce onto one half of the sandwich.
Slice the sausage down the middle to open it up and place them inside the sandwich.
Top the sausage with roasted red peppers and arugula. Close the sandwich and cut it in half. Serve right away while hot.
