Who doesn't love pizza puffs? A quick and convenient snack with plenty of nostalgic flavor, this spicy pizza puffs recipe adds one quick and simple ingredient to take the flavor to the next level. 

Outside of puff pastry, tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, the key ingredient is Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. A dollop on each pizza puff adds dimensions of heat and umami that complement all of the pizza flavors and will have you reaching back for more straight away!

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 375° Fahrenheit (190° Celsius). Lightly grease a cupcake or muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the pizza sauce with 2 Tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Roll out the premade pizza dough on a floured surface. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into small squares (about 3 inches each).  Gently press each dough square into a muffin cup, forming a "cup" shape with the dough. Make sure the dough covers the bottom and slightly up the sides of the muffin tin.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the Sriracha-infused pizza sauce into the bottom of each dough cup. Add 1-2 slices of pepperoni to each cup. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese for added flavor.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  6. Once baked, remove the pizza cups from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Drizzle with additional Lee Kum Kee Sriracha to your liking and serve!
