A simple recipe for the summer, this grilled spicy sausage sandwich recipe is a great quick one to add to your cooking repertoire. All you need is a few simple ingredients and you can make batches of these quickly for any barbecue get-together.

 

The key is Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, which is used to add a spicy flavor to the sausages. Although we opted for Italian sausages, you can use whichever sausage you like for this!

How to make it

  1. Grill the sausages until cooked through and then set aside. 
  2. Toast the baguette and then cut into sandwich sized pieces. 
  3. Spread mayo and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce onto one half of the sandwich.
  4. Slice the sausage down the middle to open it up and place them inside the sandwich. 
  5. Top the sausage with roasted red peppers and arugula. Close the sandwich and cut it in half. Serve right away while hot.
