Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce contains unique shitake mushroom flavour. It is excellent for stir-frying, enriching any vegetarian dish, and also great as a dip.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, modified corn starch, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, water), caramel, natural and artificial mushroom flavour (contains salt, disodium 5’-inosinate, disodium 5’-guanylate).
