How to make it

  1. 春卷皮放入熱油炸至金黃杯狀,瀝備用

  2. 取一罐李錦記蠔皇極品鮑魚切粒

  3. 燒熱水把淮山和蘆筍灼熟備用

  4. 燒熱油鑊,下彩椒略少炒,再下其它材料和調味炒匀,把炒好的食材放在金杯

  5. 把另一罐蠔皇極品鮑魚加熱,再取原隻鮑魚放在杯上,擺盤即可。
