How to make it

  1. 混合芥末醬油,備用。
  2. 將三文魚粒、吞拿魚粒、紅蘿蔔絲及青瓜絲,用芥末醬油混合拌匀。
  3. 將紫菜鋪平,鋪上壽司飯、沙津葉、蟹肉醬和海帶絲,再放上拌好的魚生材料。
  4. 捲成圓筒狀,塗上適量是拉差蛋黄醬拌食。
