How to make it

  1. 五花肉切塊,用冷水氽燙,洗淨瀝乾水份備用。
  2. 熱鍋下油1湯匙,煸炒五花肉,炒至五花肉微黃色(約7-10分鐘),加入料酒,冰糖,八角,桂皮,蔥,薑繼續翻炒5分鐘。加入三杯水和醬料。
  3. 大火燒開,改小火炖40分鐘即可。
