How to make it

  1. 雞件和蟲草花用10分鐘。

  2. 白米加押麥用水洗乾淨待,浸泡10分鐘。

  3. 煲仔大火加入水和1茶匙油,燒滾後放入白米加押麥,輕輕攪拌,轉中火蓋上煲蓋煲至乾身。

  4. 好的雞件平均舖在飯面,轉小火煲約15分鐘至食材燜熟,再開大火略燒1-3分鐘

  5. 最後撒上葱段和李錦記油即可。

    *可用洋薏米取代押麥,做法一樣。
